Manager In Training (Advancement to Assistant or Division Manager)

This is a 12 to 24 month manager in training program that will put you in a position to manage company operations one day. Ideal candidates MUST have construction industry background, a working knowledge of installation is a PLUS, Commercial and/or Residential experience. Experience as a Lead, Foreman, Coordinator, anyone with field experience that wants to learn operations. Must have a clean driving record and able to pass a drug screen/background.
To qualify you must have the following:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid FL drivers license: ability to pass a background and drug screen.
• Must have either Commercial or Residential construction industry experience.
• Work well independently and come up with solutions to challenging problems.
• Ability to effectively communicate and maintain a positive relationship within a team.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent customer service and professional demeanor.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with or learn Microsoft 365 Application.
